Beautiful night on Loon. On the water at 7:30pm and fished until 1:00am. They started hitting late...10:45pm in 32 fow. Put 30 fish in the boat. Really good size to them. All were caught jigging a red glow hook with krill soaked corn died red and a couple maggots. The bite was very soft. Get your jig a foot off the bottom and jig painfully slow. At least that was our recipe for success. Good fishing everyone!

PS. Air temp cooled down to 43 degrees at the launch at 1:30am. Wow.

We were there Saturday night also and the same thing happened. They started very late and the bite was a little strange, seemed like they picked it up from below sometimes. And yes it really got cold after a hot day!
