We just got back from spending 3 days fishing with Reel Obsessions for Chinooks, halibut, ling cod and rock fish. Our guide, Aaron could really find the fish. Fishing was very slow for Chinooks but we managed to bring in 7 decent kings ranging from 10 lbs to 18 lbs. Our halibut experience was equally as good, landing 5 over three days. We were only short our small one. None of our halis were bigger than 25lbs but great fun non the less. There were a few boats that brought 70 to 125 lb hahis to the boat but too big to keep.

On our second day , Chinook fishing was extremely slow so we took advantage of the calm water and found an abundance of rock fish and ling cod. Probably my favorite day of the trip because of the constant action. Aaron did a great job of not spending too much time at any area before moving to a different spot. We limited out on rock fish and ling cod. Our third and final day brought wind, chop and very few fish but we managed to scare up one nice halibut, one Chinook, and 3 vermilion.

The accommodations and food were great, the staff were very professional, all the fish were vacuum packed and frozen for the two day trip home. You can drive it in a day but it would be a grind. All around fabulous experience. Looking forward to getting back .
