Oh boy, the bite was on last night. Started fishing at about 6:45 after battling the boat lift for a little bit. No trolling just casting, medium to large crankbaits, spinners, and bucktails. Targeted a little bit of a different water this time out. We didn't bother working docks at all. We went after coverage areas connected to large water. In the 20-30 ft of water depths. Yet again I got the skunk but my buddy pulled this beauty out after 30 minutes of fishing. It slammed his lure right at the boat and took out line like Know other muskie in the past. Had two large runs. It ran deep towards logs. Kept the pressure on and got it to the boat. Easy realize and the fish wasn't stressed at all. Right after we moved about a hundred yards down this section of water and he had another larger fish follow to the boat with know take (his lure has been hot all season!!!!). After that we fished for another hour and a half with nothing. Last ten minutes of fishing we had a 40+ surface right next to the boat take a look at us and ran deep(biggest muskie I have seen yet). We finally have some descent camera equipment so a video will be coming soon along with a youtube channel that will feature fishing videos and tips and tricks. What a day though. Three muskies of size to the boat in under three hours. Good luck out there guys!
