This report is a little late, this is from Saturday and Sunday. Had a fun few hours at the local lake. Ive been fishing it almost every weekend with the wife. She loves catching sunfish. Even caught a few baby bass haha! Gives me a chance to fish for some largies. I know there are some in there, haven’t seen any toads yet but not really expecting them from the small man made pond. Over the weekend the wife caught probably over 100 sunfish, a hand full of baby bass, and caught her self her first real largie on a Yamamoto senko. I caught 7 bass between the two days and had some sunfish fun. All in all a great weekend. Waiting for the boat to be finished so we can go out to the larger lakes. Tight lines!

Yamamoto senkos are my go-to for any bass on any lake. Some of those bass you got are big enough to put up a good fight!

It was a blast and they did fight pretty good! The wife has never really fished for bass so I hooked her up with a senko! If there are bass in any body of water, they can’t resist a senko!

I know of more than one 5 pounder that came out of those ponds back in the 90's! One of the few places left to effectively bank fish, I wish both ponds were still accessible but definitely support the kiddos having their own!
