fished the mouth of cedar river using down riggers pulling whole herring. We were back a 100 and down 50 when we started. caught two nice cut throats one 16 one 19 inch both nice fish one was a lot prettier than the other- I'm guessing sea run versus lake stayer?

Yep that is what you will be seeing out of the lake for sure! I had the same scenario a few weeks back with one resident and one sea run. Think I saw you guys out there Saturday- I was in the smoker craft with the blue top- we passed a few times. Ended up with 1 small king and a fish that ripped it of the clip but came unbuttoned!
