Spring Chinook in the Columbia gorge just keep coming! The fishing has been consistently good. We had a boat both at Drano lake and mouth of wind river and both boats did well. We have been doing best trolling still. The water is very high and the fish are scattered a little. We have been getting most of our fish off prawn spinners with green 3.5 or #4 blades. The 3.5 we have been putting 40 inches behind a pro troll and the #4 blades behind a fish flash. Troll speed has been best 1.0 mph to 1.4 mph. We have been soaking our shrimp in Graybills krill and sand shrimp scents to enhance the shrimp smell. We still have some days available through early June with our Springer special at $150 a person.
