Finally got out of the house to fish today. A buddy and I launched around 10 am and trolled to the back of the cove using pop gear (willow leaves) to be exact with an 18 in leader and worm. The water was 67 and it was a beautiful sunny day Finally! After about 45 min of trolling around I landed my first of 3 small planted rainbows. They aren't very big but the colors on them are awesome! My buddy got skunked but a day on the water is better then sitting at home!
