Late morning start on lake Stevens yesterday. 3 hours with nothing, but lovely day until wind kicked up. Dialed in to what worked with location and speed, then it was bing, bing, bing, bang! 4 nice kokes, 11-12”. Delicious for dinner last night with friends.
What worked: East side, 1.2-1.4mph, gold and silver, dodger+custom wedding ring lure+corn&bloody tuna.
3/4 caught on my lead core line with 3 1/2 colors out. 5-20’ depth worked. Fish sighted jumping.
I found a Mack’s lure hat floating along and left it on a post at the launch. See pic.
