Just got to say something about this Lake and our stay at Shady Pines Resort. Never did this before. We had a really great time, caught fish everyday. The kids never got bored cause they weren't catching fish !! Watched the Bald Eagles dive for fish, how awesome. The Trout were about 12" to 14 ", we used green powerbait. The fish also tasted really good, not "muddy". Fished about 300 feet off of the dam.
Got to say something about Shady Pines Resort, cause they really treated us nice. It is a really pretty place has all of the amenities to. Nice and shady in the afternoon when it was about 98 degrees. Plan on going back next month.
