We fished Walleye in the The Dalles dam pool. I rated the day average even though we only got 8 Walleye. The water is still fairly cold 34 degrees and we worked a bit for those fish. Our biggest fish for the day was 7lbs. Our technique was real slow jigging with 1/2 oz and 5/8 jigs in darker colors like black. Or black and orange or black and chartreuse. We tipped the jig with a worm. This is going to pick up soon as we get the river to warm up a bit! Looks like another great spring for Walleye!
