Went out to try some bank fishing after getting skunked a few days ago on my kayak.
It wasn't more than a few mins after dropping my kine in that I hooked up a fun fight with a 17 incher.
Had two or three bites soon after that, but I failed hooking them fast enough. Lots of rain and zero bites for the next few hours and packed it in.
I've seen a lot of folks on this lake hit easy limits and many more getting skunked. Kinda weird after being stocked so recently. Guess I still need to figure this lake out.
