Fish Roosevelt up north from the bank. Lines in the water by 7:30, four poles out and within 10 minutes we had two rainbows then it went slow for a few hours with only a few light bites which we missed. About noon it got hot again. We left about 3:30 with 10 fish loosing two at shore and missing several other bites. It was sunny and warm after morning thaw. One other family came for a short time and left. Great day not having anybody around. Several fish were in the 20 inch size and no Red Bands.

Glad you had a good day where you were - at Ft. Spokane we got blown off at about 10:30AM and saw the bank guys leaving too. Some boats
stayed out, but control was an issue - most, if not all, were using their big motors, kickers just didn't do it unless one spent their whole time
with the motor - how far north were you ??

Fished near Hunters, saw several boats out but the nice thing about the river is usually around the next bend your out of the wind the problem is getting there and are there fish around. Good Fishing.

Ps last time I launched at Hunters the docks were a mess.
