While this river is no secret I'd rather not name it as it is already crowded. Maybe later in the year I might name it anyways started fishing at zero dark thirty upriver in a hole with three other guys. After about 2 hours I decided to move down river to a different spot. First hour had nothing to show for until someone let me fish in the hole they getting ready to leave. First cast had a nice takedown but wasn't able to stick it. This went on every other cast or so until around 1015 finally hooked up on my first fish using bobber and eggs with bloody tuna scent. From then on it was almost every other cast to put it lightly but wasn't able to stick every single bite. Finally hooked my second and third fish by around 11 and called it a day. Pretty epic day as I could almost call it when I would get a bite like clockwork. 2 hens and a buck which were a little colored up but meat quality was surprisingly still in very good shape. Now I have more skeins to replenish the ones I used up today.
