Started fishing at 4 PM, left at 7 PM. Trolled or drifted, caught 1 crappie, 4 perch and 1 trout, all small. Between the wind and the wave action from the water skiers found it difficult to keep the lure down deep. If you have a worm attached you will get bites, although we caught the trout on a small flatfish.
On the way back to the boat launch passed two guys, still fishing who were starting to land some keepers fishing worms off the bottom.
Next time will fish late, after 6 PM when most of the water skiers have left.
