Day 2, went to Tukwila again and found less fish jumping and more fisherman. Same results though, no bites and didn't see any caught either. Prior to going out yesterday, I went to the local tackle shop who stated the fish were just moving in and out with the tide and not going upstream yet. I found that the fish were moving upstream in small schools both days but weren't biting. The big schools are what we need to start limiting out though. It would be nice to get a few limits in the smokers before I leave for Montana's archery elk season. I did find a net with a dead seal and lots of fish in it. I reported it to the tribal fisheries folks who were there attempting to catch Kings to tag and release and they didn't seem too concerned as they were passing the buck on who should call tribal enforcement. Too bad the tribes don't take their violations as serious as we do ours. This net has been catching fish for days as there were various stages of decay on the fish from fish caught in the last high tide to skin and bones.
