This report is for the 19th thru the 23rd.
I have been targeting Rainbow in the Yakima, Tieton, and Naches rivers for the last couple of weeks but have had no luck.
A bite now and then but haven't been able to land anything.
I have tried dry flies, nymphing, and spin casting plastics and lures all with no luck.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'd try a trout magnet in the eddies

I tried them in pick and cream with the chrome head and the brass head at two if the spots. No luck on them at all.

This time of year use a dropper set up. A hopper with a caddis dropper or a parachute caddis with a caddis dropper. Lots of info on how to rig it and sizes on Yellowstone fly fishing forums. If there's not a riffle or cover you won't catch them in these low clear conditions.
