Fished Clear Lake again on Friday morning (from 6 am until around 10 am) targeting largemouth bass. Caught and released 9 bass, 4 crappie and a couple perch. Had a bunch of crappie & perch bites/nibbles...but the bass were tough to find. I really had to work for bites today, and never found a sweet spot. The fish seem scattered. Almost all of my bites were near pads/cabbage, with only one hook-up around pilings. I mostly fished rubber worms, which is what I caught all my fish on. The couple biggest I touched were about 4 pounds, but all the bass I got were decent, no dinks. Peace
