Fished with Ron down at Long, not a lot of fish but did catch a Big'un. Caught a 4 lb. 9 oz. Lg. Mo. really strong fish, and four other 1.25 to1 pounders. All fish up very shallow. Wa. Temp. 73*-74*. Visibility 18" to 24". All caught on a 7" Black senco. Ron had a big bass hit a topwater Pop-R that got hung up in a tree and he lost it. Sounded like someone dropped a cinder block into the water. I was surprised at how few lily pads there were.
