Fishing was not red hot but, if you spend your time you will pick up fish. Make sure to work the tides, we are having some big tide changes lately and being in the right spot before the change will help. This fishery will continue to get better each week. I have been catching most on Herring using Pro-Cure Brite and Brine. This helps toughen up the bait and will make it last longer in the strong current. Even if you pick up fresh bait in the morning, drop some in the brine and you can start fishing them in a few hours.
