Woke up a little bit late again (I'm a sleepy college student). Went out on the dock at about 11:30am and caught two smallmouth bass, but they were too small to keep. Went out on the kayak at about 12:00pm and was out for about three hours. My target was smallmouth and largemouth bass, so I was fishing in the milfoil in the middle of the river. Using nightcrawlers and slow reeling, I had a fish on the line at least everything other cast. Caught a small bluegill, six perch (one big enough to keep), ten smallmouth (five big enough to keep), and a largemouth. Overall, it was a great day out on the river!
