Went out purposely to throw frogs and a new whopper plopper bait. Threw the first whopper plopper about 100 yards unattached unto dry land in some thick trees. Think I had a line loop around my rod tip. Bummer. Threw other one for an hour or so with nuttin. Switched to a black and yeller frog and started getting some blow ups. Cool. After the sun got bright and temps turned to hotter then a witches brew, I changed up to a swim jig with a curly tail grub rigged on. This was the ticket and picked up a few keeper smallies. No pics
