I only had two hours but some quick observations:

The spaghetti grass is the worst I have seen it!!!
The water had just a bit of brown stain to it.
Fry balls everywhere!

Within 10 minutes of launching I was hooked into the only fish of the day and while I won't humor myself by trying to guess it's weight, let's just say it was the kind of frog bite that you do not have to see to appreciate the magnitude of the fish!

Stayed bowed up on her for about ten seconds before she leveraged me on the pads and slipped away.

Not another bite the rest of the trip...except whatever pinky sized thing was nibbling on my swimbait?

No wind, overcast becoming sunny, water temps 73*

Ya, a few weeks ago I went fishing on Sammamish. 2 1/2 hours later I was putting things away to go home with no fish, and no bites. Decided to go 100 feet and fish a spot that I'd already fished 1/2 hour before, but with a different lure. Caught a 2 plus Largie, then threw out a crankbait in open water at some fry swirling, and caught a pounder Smallie. Got lucky that day.
