Took the kayaks to Tapps with my brother yesterday. The wind was blowing pretty hard fished the back side of islands so the wind couldn't get us. I stuck with 3 lures all day a wacky rigged KVD dream shot, a square billed shallow fry crank bait and then for panfish, a white trout magnet. Fish came off concrete rocky areas. Panfish were mixed in with the SMB caught 4 SMB on the wacky rig and 15 perch/bluegill on the jig and 1 SMB on the jig. Caught 3 SMB off 1 dock. All fish released. Biggest fish 13 inches (brother caught)Speed boaters waves got the front top of my kayak wet :( fun day.

(In the picture) really cool blue color on the bottom of the blue gill.

I tallied up my fishing hours. And this week I fished 20 hrs in 3 days on my kayak. Is that an obsession or dedication??

Sorry for the long report. :)

After looking at a map we were fishing both sides of snag island and the land bridge that conects to the island
