Fished porcupine bay trolling flats 14-20 feet. Picked up two limits of mostly 12 inchers. Trolled spinners and worms behind 1.5 ounce bottom bouncers. Most of day was trolling at 1mph. Bumped up to 1.2 and could not keep lines in water.
