Bright Sunny day, so some friends and I jumped in the boat and fished the afternoon on Samish. We trolled wedding rings and kokanee lures, and while fishing wasn't hot, there was enough action to keep us excited. We managed to boat 4 fish and lost a couple of others. Every line caught a fish, so it was hard to pick the best lure or color.

Fish looked isolated on the sonar, didn't see many schools worth focusing on. There were a few Kokanee jumping and they seemed to show up anywhere between 0' and 30'. The water has warmed up a ton on this lake, nearing 65 on the surface.
