Made us work for our fish today! Caught this 36" slab right off the bat this morning. A couple of runs , including trying to break me off in the rocks. Patience paid off as we worked it free and eventually into the net. My brother got his fish, a 31", on our last drift of the day. A very nice chunky fish. Also caught a few nice rockfish and successfully released them all unharmed. Tried for halibut, but no hookups.
