5/20/2017 7:55:51 AMNice catch - how do you cook them and how do they taste? I fish Black often (trout catch and release) but been thinking about targeting different fish. The trout in my opinion don't taste very good unless smoked. I use to keep crappie from Kapowsin and they tasted good. Did the Warden cite anyone?

5/20/2017 9:41:38 AMYou can cook them many ways, I like to deep fry them, or through them in the steamer. They are one of the best eating fish in my opinion
