Walleye fishing continues to be phenomenal on the Columbia River! I am fishing the John Day pool and getting solid action every day! Jigging and trolling worm harnesses has been the go to method for this fishery. As the water warms, we will start pulling plugs and targeting bigger fish again! This time of year is fun, because we also fish for oversized sturgeon, with 20-30 fish days being very common! This fishing will last all summer, so give me a call and get your dates reserved!
