Went fishing sunday morning at Silver and used plastics that I won from the June fish picture contest from John Kruse's site PACIFIC NORTHWEST OUTDOORS and caught this 5lb 4oz bass and a lot of other smaller fish on plastics from West Coast Custom Tackle. Water temp at public launch was a 72 degrees at 5 30 in the morning and at 4 in the afternoon was at 75 degrees. Water was muddy and fish were in the shallow water along rocks. One of the fish caught on plastic worm was a 1 lb 14 oz Bullhead Catfish which surprized me when it swam off with the plastic. (pictures at Silver Lake Resort) Of course all fish were let go except the Cat fish which makes some fine dinner for a fellow camper/fish person.
