Had some friends over from the Seattle area that wanted to try for some sturgeon, so I took them down to Central Ferry early Saturday morning for the day. We started fishing around 7 am. 15 minutes into the waiting game I look up and see my rod tip bouncing, Fish ON! All three of my friends switched every 10-15 minutes for about an hour, and before we landed that one my friend hooks one on his rod so we had double action. Both fish were too big. They wanted to see some of my other fishing spots so I decided to take them up to the Lower Granite Dam. Saw a couple friends Sturgeon fishing as well, which they caught a keeper the night before. We headed to a spot I call the "Green Light" and after 30 minutes it was Fish on! Seems like my fishing Rod just gets luckier and luckier, but unfortunately this was one another oversize. Not as big as the two in the morning, but a good 6 1/2 feet. Overall it was a good day. My friend's said it was the the best experience they have had on the East side fishing for River Monsters. Glad I was able to get them into some fish. Good luck to everyone and keep them lines tight!
