9/12/2011 7:35:00 PMAs the water cools down the steelies will start holding better down the river. If you don't have a boat try above Lower Granit dam. You don't have to be on the point just above the fish ladder but that's not a bad spot. Any point will do. Just fish deep 18 to 20' or even more. GOOD LUCK
