What a beautiful day! My father and I had been to Lake Terrell a few times before, but we always seemed to pick the days that ended up being rainy and cool, and hadn't had much luck. Until today... It was clear, warm, but with a slight northerly to westerly breeze. We we were on the water for only about 3 or 4 casts when we had our first bass hooked. After about 4 hours, we had landed 9 bass, with 4 being 2-3 pounds each and the others 1-2 pounds. Caught most of the larger fish on a red shad power worm, but goot strikes on floating Rapala and spinners, too. All in all a good day.
