We headed to Williams Lake for some night fishing. If you get there before the store closes, which was about 9pm tonight, they will let you pay a $3 facilities charge and stay as late as you want. We set up our gear on the fishing dock and had some decent luck. There were a LOT of people on the dock until about 10pm, but after that it was somewhat quiet and we had a great time. The kind folks at Klinks even brought down some Hot Chocolate for my kids since I couldn't carry all the cups. They were very gracious. My daughter caught a 13" 1 pound rainbow and I caught a 14.5" 1.5 pound rainbow. Mine put up quite a struggle as I got him closer to the surface. He made a run underneath the dock and all over trying to get away. A lady a few spots down from us pulled up a 5-6" crawdad on her line that was trying to steal her bait. All in all we had a great time.
