10/10/2016 3:58:00 AMThought fall wild salmon run was a bit low so assumed they needed to be released to spawn. Anyways, my single fishing pole almost did not survive after the fights with these monsters. Please do not say I could keep. Beautiful fish, one looked about 4 inches longer so it was not the same fish, BTW. Think I need to go back to safer lake fishing.

10/12/2016 7:34:00 AMWent back to same spot the next day. Threw down anchor and started getting bit like the day before but this time could not raise the fish to alongside boat. Saw color a few times, even had a few race on the surface. But not as successful. Good fishing, just no catching. Loads of fun though.
