Although the bite is a bit slow for most I still have been able to pull limits of Chinook the fish are very hard to stay on top of but with a good network of other fishermen a guy can map out a good game plan and stay with them. Most of my fish are hitting herring brined in Pautzke blue Fire Brine scented with Herring Smelly Jelly. Hot flashers seem to be Shortbus Sweet Abby, Electric Pole Dancer, Orange Crush. I did catch a few large fish on Brad's cut plug stuffed with tuna, Herring Smelly Jelly, Pautzke Krill. Fish the High Tide on the Oregon side or Washington side above the Astoria Megler bridge ON THE BOTTOM.
