Glenn and I headed up the Arm on Saturday looking for some eyes. We fished up to buoy 5 and back down and caught fish just about everywhere there was current. With Roosevelt coming up almost 15 ft in week it tends to scatter the fish and makes them less active. The morning bite was definitely better because as the sun came up the action died off. We caught about 60 fish but only kept 15 that were between 16-19 inches long. Everything we caught was on jigs but the trollers were picking up fish all around us although it appeared most people were catching fish the same size as we were.
