Sorry for waiting so long but I have been busy. This is the derby winner in the trout division of the Northport Lions Club Derby. This derby is held every year the first weekend after the July 4. Small derby but lots of fun. Trout and walleye divisions. Note this years rule in our boat was if catch a fish big enough to possibly win you had to wear a dress to weigh in. This is my fishing partner Chris in his dress and winning brown trout at five pounds seven ounces. First time a brown trout has been weighed in for this derby. Our fish bio figured it came from the Pend Oreille river with high flows.
