Decided to try our luck at Wallula this morning only to find that the bite was as cold as the water. The water temp was about 60 degrees or less. We fished shallow and managed to pull up one small SMB. We tried moving in and out of deeper water and marked very few fish. Had a couple short strikes but nothing more for the target species. Moved further up into the river and hooked into a VERY large carp, played it to the boat, and loosed the hook.
