We got a late start this morning and didn't start fishing until almost 10:00. Had we kept all the fish we caught early on, we would have limited in the first hour! Fishing continued hot until close to noon then the bite got real slow. After noon, maybe two or three an hour. Green Rippin minnow was very consistant and the j-11 black and bronze rappala was good early on. The water was glass and we couldn't have had better conditions for fishing. No back curtain or heater necessary today. We kept 4 fish each, most of the fish were about 16", with only one 18" and 2 @ 19"today.

That's a big area. Where abouts were you fishing at?

We launched at Lincoln and fished down river.

Van. Are you running your Jointed Rapala's off of a down rigger? jiggy

No downriggers needed. About 225' behind mono, or four colors leaded line. Leaded line being more productive than mono.
