Camped at Fort Spokane Sunday night and fished Monday morning. Got kind of a late start, didn't actually get a rod in the water until close to ten. Had three fish within the first twenty minutes of fishing. Fished across the launch at Lincoln along the rocks. We were using our Kekeda flies in a perch pattern and a jointed Rapala as well as a X-rap. All three lures produced fish with the Kekeda catching the biggest of the day. The fly was on a downrigger at 12' and the Rapalas were just long-lined at about 125-150 ft. Trolling speed was 2.6 to 2.8 mph. Finished up our three person limit just before 1 p.m. What a fun day fishing. Sorry for the horrible camera phone pic, forgot to bring the real camera.

Nice report. I think I talked with you guys just as I was putting in (14' lowe and asking alot of questions) I tried wedding rings with worms, trolling 2.5 to 3.2 mph. Landed 2 in just under 2 hrs befor I went home. Will be back on Wednesday early in the A.M. with a few buddies and will try the Rapalas. Thanks for the report, this is what keeps the site going on.

We used a J-9 jointed Rapala and a 4" X-rap both in Rainbow Trout pattern. It was us that you talked to on the way out. Two in two hours isn't bad and like we both said, fun to watch the guys at work watch you leave knowing it beats being there. I'm sure you'll have better luck on Wednesday with those Rapalas, haven't seen a Rainbow hit a big Rapala like that in a while. They are hungry and the bigger bait was getting hits as soon as it hit the water.
