Never been to Tradition before but heard it's got some good bass. Got there around 8 oclock. Definently didn't know you had to walk a 1.5 miles to get to the lake. there were two other float tubers on the lake when I got there. First cast caught a 14 incher on a vibric roostertail. Got excited then but only caught about 2 more in the next 2 hours. Tried rapalas, and some topwater baits and a few different spinnerbaits didn't get anything. Switched back to the vibric roostertail in black and I hooked about a 20 incher probably 4-5 pounds but as I was getting it into my tube it shook off I was pissed. Caught about 15 more fish bass and perch 6 to 12inches on roostertails. Then I switched to another spinnerbait white and yellow. Caught a few more largemouths around 12 to 14 inches then I caught this guy below on the same spinnerbait I don't know what this little guy was thinking when he tried to eat a 3/8 oz spinnerbait I din't even know I had a fish on. I had to take a picture of him. I 'm going back to this lake for sure. I'ts really quiet and I know there are huge bass here.
