Great weekend of fishing on the Columbia River at Brewster. Limited out on Sockeye on Saturday, and again by 10:00 AM on Sunday. After limiting out we went for Kings, and I caught my largest Chinook. We didnt have a scale, but it measured 36" long. What a kick. Downrigging about 35' whith a hoochie and a shrimp. Just after that landing, we hooked on a with a wiggle wart on a 20' diving jet diver, lost the fish. By this time it was time to head home. An Outstanding weekend, for sure.

This should be posted as under lake Petaros (SP), not the upper river. Salmon cannot go over Chief Joseph Dam, which is Rufus Woods. Good fish and great report otherwise.
