Jeff Witkowski of Big Dog went to Rufus on Friday with a guy. My report is tardy due to my attendance at the Spokane Sportfishing show. His buddy and he cast black wooly buggers from the shore up near the lower pens. They caught and released 18 fish in about 4 hours work. When the water started moving at 10AM the bite died. Most fish were cookie cutter 2 pounders and all but one were floy tagged by the tribe.
