Started trolling at the dam bouy line right before noon....had just come from Banks with no luck. Put out 4 different baits, trolled all the way up to Lone Pine point, with one fish. This fish looked extremely old and diseased. Made a turn and headed down lake along the shoreline, picked up 5 fish, all on rapalas, all very very long lined. Had to leave at 3 so the day was cut short.

Thanks for the report! What was the water temp out there? You hear of any walleye action?

Water surface temp was 36.0 to 36.8 deg F. We didn't try for walleye...because of the water temps. Two folks we know that are usually "in the know" on the walleye, reported the same. Folks we talked to who fished from Seaton's Grove (below Grand Coulee Dam) are not reporting any walleye caught down there either.

Dang, that's about the same temp it was 2 weeks ago. I was hoping that it would've warmed up a bit by now. Thanks for the info! I'll probably be wasting my time, but I suppose I'll have to head out there Sunday and try anyway.
