Sorry the report is late, but I have been working and could not get to it.

Two of us fished all day for about a dozen Walleye, 18" and smaller; mostly a lot smaller. The water is at extreme high pool, with logs and trees in the main lake, as well as drift wood. The water temperature ranged from 62 degrees to 70 degrees at high sun.

Old Marble Eyes were hard to locate, and harder to hook up, but they were there. We fished out of Hunter, and perhaps when I have learned the area better fishing will improve.

Sounds like you two are doing ok. Keep it up. I am going to Gifford the first weekend of October. Its been several years since I have been there, any suggestions between Gifford and Hunters?
