We got to the lake at 600am and from there went north just beyond Marcus Island. We simply let the current and wind drift us along the shore while jigging. The water temp was about 52 degrees and we caught our first fish at about 10am. From then on each time we drifted the shoreline we would catch a fish. We ended up with 9 fish between the 4 of us. We threw our 2 that we had over 22 inches back becuase they are brood stock and are necessary to keep the walleye population in Lake Roosevelt strong.
