Cold weather aside it was nothing a 12,000 BTU boat heater could not handle. Put in at Porcupine Bay around daylight and went to the other side and headed toward Two Rivers, trolling about 1 1/2mph. with 135 ft. of line out with a silver and green rippin minnow and no weights. I was able to boat several nice rainbows ranging in size from 2 lbs. to 6lbs. Towards afternoon I pulled in front of the "A" frame looking building on the same shoreline and stated to drift fish walleye. Starting in 40 -50 ft. of water I drifted into about 10 ft. of water using a chartreuse jig with a treble trailer and a night crawler hooked through the head and trailing straight back. Boated a couple smaller walleye and the best was around 2 1/2 lbs. Hope this helps and good luck to all.
