Decided to try for trout with the girlfriend today.
We launched our inflatables from Hawk Creek around 1:00pm. She started with Hook & Worm + powerbait, I thought I'd throw a spinner in hopes of landing a nice bass. Had fun rafting but the fish didn't bite for either of us until we switched to Wedding-Ring/Worm combo.
Dusk rolled around when i landed our first catch... a good-looking rainbow, I'd guess around 15 inches.
We ended up with 3 nice rainbows and a great day of rafting.
