Well, I took myself fishing for the last day of the holiday weekend and got to the lake just as everybody else was leaving. It was sunny with a light breeze, just perfect to be on the water. My favorite lure got snagged yesterday but luckily I had a backup and it's a good thing I did. I hooked this monster bull trout. It was at least 5 pounds and probably 18 inches or more. I need to get another one of those spoons and measure it so I can try to get a good estimate of his length. Of course I had to let him go since it's a bull trout.

Overall I caught 3 bulls, two cutthroat and one onchirynchus stickus that was bigger than most of my fish.
