Did a quick trip up to Canyon (elev. 2200ft) after dinner. Supposedly rainbow up there, but all I caught were cutthroat (beautiful little mountain trout). All were between 6-11in and were pretty much hitting EVERY cast. I caught many with a pink roostertail. All released, and even if you are catching small ones, it's nice to land one every other cast!!

those little cutts are fun to catch on the right tackle. Ive only caught them in streams though
